Other than the layline, there are a few ways to identify your hose. First, ask questions about the hose, such as what type of medium runs through it, the maximum and minimum pressure, and what it is used for. By the customer answering these questions, you will be able to identify the proper hose needed for replacement.

Another way to identify a hose without the layline visible is to cut the hose and count the reinforcement wires.
